As engraved jewellery is personalised especially for you, it may take a little longer to process before your order is dispatched, but we aim to complete your engraving and dispatch your order within 2 working days.

As engraved jewellery has been personalised, it cannot be returned unless the item is faulty or an engraving error has been made.
