We believe that you should be able to enjoy jewellery knowing that it comes from an ethical and sustainable source. At Primrose Hill Jewellery we are especially passionate about our products being produced in a fair, responsible and positive way for us and for future generations. These are some of the actions that we are taking to ensure just that.

All suppliers are RJC members
We work with suppliers who are certified members of the Responsible Jewellery Council, which is the global membership and standards body for responsible jewellery throughout the entire supply chain – from mine to retail. Ensuring guaranteed fair and safe conditions throughout the entire production process.
Jewellery made to last
Our jewellery goes through an extensive QC process to ensure quality and long lastability with our suppliers and with us. Our products are made to be kept and stand the test of time, especially our 9ct gold pieces which can be passed down for generations to come.
Sustainable packaging
Our PRH branded packaging is made from a mix of recycled and eco-conscious materials. We are currently also working with our suppliers to ensure that the exclusive brands that we stock have sustainable packaging available. All of our packaging is made to a high quality that can be kept for storage or reused.
Recycled silver
We have been introducing new collections with more pieces made from recycled silver and fully recycled packaging. Recycled silver is an eco-friendly alternative to newly mined silver, made of 100% recycled sterling silver. Recycled silver is of the same quality as newly mined silver, but dramatically more sustainable.
Lab-grown diamonds
We have an entire diamond collection made of lab created diamonds. Sustainably created, lab diamonds are grown above ground by replicating nature’s process in a lab instead of being mined directly from the earth.
They are chemically, physically and optically identical to mined diamonds, except that they are more sustainable and affordable.
Recycled leather
In our men's Fred Bennett collection, we have introduced our Reborn capsule collection of recycled leather bracelets. These are made sustainably from scraps of leather and recycled in a very similar process to how paper is recycled, with fully recycled packaging. This is something that we plan to continue expanding.
