Can I place an order offline?
Yes you can! Please call or email our friendly customer services team who can assist you.
How do I add an engraving on my order?
If the item is engravable it will have a corner banner and be made clear this is an option. There will be an option to add your own text when placing an order where you can state what you would like engraved, in what position and what font.
How can I see what engraving options there are?
We have links to a doccument that displays these options on the product descriptions that are engravavble, it can also be found HERE. Once you have decided please clearly state your preference on the optional form when ordering a product.
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
As long as the item is in the same condition as delievered and isn't engraved it can be returned. Refunds for returns take around 5 working days to be processed from the date of delivery back to us.
Can I cancel or make a change to my order once placed?
If you wish to cancel or change your order, please contact our customer service team via email or phone as soon as possible after placing it. If the order has been shipped then unfortunately this will then have to be processed as a return.
Can I exchange an item in my order?
Exchanges can be arranged if still within the 30 day period with no extra charge. Please contact our customer service team for more information on to arrange.
