  • Can I place an order offline?
    Yes you can! Please email our friendly customer services team who can assist you.
  • How do I add an engraving on my order?
    If the item is engravable it will have a corner banner and be made clear this is an option. There will be an option to add your own text when placing an order where you can state what you would like engraved, in what position and what font. To engrave something completely unique such as a drawing, handwritten text or a symbol please email this to us at contact@primrosehilljewellery.com. If you are having any further troubles with this please feel free to contact our customer services team who will be happy to assist you. Please note that we are unable to return or exchange engraved items unless they are faulty.
  • How can I see what engraving options there are?
    We have links to a doccument that displays these options on the product descriptions that are engravavble, it can also be found HERE. Once you have decided please clearly state your preference on the optional form when ordering a product. We offer multiple different types of fonts and positions - and some symbols! If there is anything you are unsure on please feel free to contact our friendly customer service team who will be happy to help.
  • Can I return an item if I change my mind?
    As long as the item is in the same condition as delievered and isn't engraved it can be returned. Refunds for returns take around 5 working days to be processed from the date of delivery back to us. Please note that earrings and pierced jewellery is excluded from our refund policy due to hygiene regulations, unless they are faulty.
  • Can I exchange an item in my order?
    Exchanges can be arranged if still within the 30 day period with no extra charge. Please contact our customer service team for more information on to arrange. Please note that engraved items and earrings are not available to exchange unless faulty.
  • Can I cancel or make a change to my order once placed?
    If you wish to cancel or change your order, please contact our customer service team via email as soon as possible after placing it. If the order has been shipped then unfortunately this will then have to be processed as a return.
